§ 1 General

§ 2 Sending browser data

We will only collect, use and process data entered by you on our website if this is necessary to establish, conduct or terminate a contractual relationship with you, to use the services offered by us on our website or to invoice you for services provided by us. This data includes your name, address, country, alternate delivery address if applicable, email address, telephone number, access credentials (username and password) and your payment details (account number, sort code and credit provider).

If necessary, data will be forwarded to third parties for the purposes as set forth in section 3.1, especially for contract implementation. For example, your name and address will be forwarded by us to the courier assigned to deliver your goods.

3.3.

Neither we nor other users can view your password and it will not be passed on to third parties nor will third parties be made aware of it.

3.4.

Data will be deleted immediately by us if it is no longer needed for the aforementioned purposes, especially for accounting and invoicing purposes. The data will not be deleted if legislation stipulates that the data collected must be retained.

§ 4 Use of cookies

6.1.

The data collected by us will be deleted as set forth in sections 2.2., 3.4. and 4.1. Data will be made inaccessible unless personal data is reused for the purposes as set forth in each section following termination of the contractual relationship or if data is not permitted to be deleted under legislation.

8.1.
