Your core tasks in our team:

  • Sales & consulting of nematodes nationally and internationally

  • Processing customer and dealer enquiries

     

  • Preparation of offers and price lists

  • Developing market analyses on the basis of market observations

  • Carrying out and accompanying product training and trade fairs

  • Participation in interdepartmental projects

 

What we want from you:

  • Positive personality with a sales mindset

  • Completed studies, training or experience in horticulture, agriculture or similar fields

  •  Interest in dealing with issues of biological plant protection

  • High customer orientation

  • High intercultural competencez

  •  25% travel activity

  • Business fluent in German and English

  • Sense of responsibility and self-organisation

 

Your working tools:

  •  Work mobile phone, choice of different brands (Apple, Samsung, Fairphone, etc.) incl. private use

  • Company laptop, choice of different brands (Apple, Samsung, Lenovo, etc.) incl. private use

  • Company car, hybrid or e-vehicle of various brands in the compact class incl. private use (after probationary period)

Dour team:

  • The sales team currently consists of eight employees including marketing and product management. Reports are made directly to the CEO.
