Biological Plant Protection Trail
On May 14, 2024, we were proud and delighted to officially open an educational trail on biological plant protection. This interactive educational trail is the first of its kind in Germany and takes visitors on an exciting and entertaining journey into the world of biocontrol.
The use of biological agents to combat pests and diseases is an important step towards more sustainable and healthier agriculture. But what exactly is biocontrol and what methods are there?
Our new educational trail provides answers to these questions and allows visitors to learn more about plant protection with the help of nature in a fun and informative way. On ten interactive boards, school classes, interested citizens and hobby biologists can discover how biocontrol works and what advantages it offers.
